These are very old vines over 85 years old. A high proportion of old selection of golden aligoté gives a fat and powerful wine with a mineral finish.

It can be drunk young, of course, with its citrus and exotic fruit (pineapple) notes, but it can also age for a few years to develop into more complex aromas combining yellow fruits (peach, apricot) with a floral character. The 12-month aging in vats preserves the freshness of the fruit.
