War Honey is a 13.5 % ABV semi-sweet mead using Arizona wildflower honey, is aged on citra and simcoe hops, and organic Arizona lemon zest. Tasting Notes: Gold in color, still, light body. A nose of crisp citrus and perfumy hops dominate with hints of grapefruit and herbal grassiness. On the palate, initial lemon rind and floral hops quickly lend to a complex, earthy body with notes of light caramel, vanilla, and tobacco.
