The two best buys for my taste include the 2014 Corbieres Col Des Vents, a blend of 50% Carignan, 35% Grenache and 15% Syrah, showing loads of berry-like fruit, Provençal herbs, pepper and a lush, soft, juicy texture to go along with its deep ruby color and solid finish. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.

Juicy blackberry and dark cherry flavors mark this plump red lined with ample sweet spice and marked by light smoke and grilled herb notes on the short finish.
