Bright and unadorned star fruit, quinine, honeysuckle and white peach notes ripple through, with the quinine note lingering gently on the finish. Drink now through 2021. 1,400 cases made, 160 cases imported.

An unoaked blend of 45% each Clairette and Grenache, plus 10% Picpoul, the 2019 Lirac Blanc La Fermade features scents of paraffin, tangerine and pineapple. It's a crisp, mouthwatering, medium-bodied white, with a long finish layered with the gentle texture of chalk dust. It's probably about at its peak of maturity.

Crisp yellow apple and pear are etched by salt and hints of allspice in this juicy blend of equal parts Grenache Blanc and Clairette augmented by 10% of Picpoul. It's full bodied but dry and fresh, finishing with hints of chalky tannins and dried garrigue. Best now-2025.
