Tempier for half the price! Domaine Dupuy de Lôme is idyllically situated outside the village of Sainte-Anne d’Evenos among pine trees, olive groves and 15 hectares of vineyards. With mostly north-facing slopes, Dupuy de Lôme’s terroir offers an entirely unique expression of this classic cru’s terroir. Owners Benoit Cossé and Geoffroy Perousse hired the energetic Dijon native and Burgundian-trained Gérald Damidot to run their historic family estate in 2009, and converted the vineyards to organic farming and earned certification in 2013. Ethereal and lithe, with peachy citrus fruits and notes of wildflower and flinty minerals, this elegant rose really impresses for the price. Recommended with grilled fish and seafood dishes and has the texture to complement spicy food, too. A local tip is to enjoy with bouillabaisse, but we also love it with Thai food.

Produced in a vineyard that contains many old vines, this wine is richly structured, perfumed with Mourvèdre and rich in tannins and a dense texture. Fresh citrus flavors use the yellow fruits and strawberry bite for balance. Drink this rich wine from late 2021. Organic.
