Mother Nature is kind! The 2014 vintage was another amazing one from both the Stice Lane and Zinfandel Lane vineyards. This 100% Cabernet is soft and lush, with a perfect a balance of earthiness and dark berry flavors and aromas. The oak, tannins and acidity are perfectly balanced making this a great sipping wine or an amazing pairing for your grilled steak or braised short ribs. After 20 months of aging in 40% new French oak barrels, this wine was bottled in late Summer of 2016. When you think of Napa Cabernet this is the style of wine that comes to mind. Round and supple, earthy, with rich dark fruit flavors and aromas of vanilla and sweet toasted oak. As always, this Cabernet will enhance your meal or you can just enjoy a glass!
